LongCloud announced that it is prohibited to use or purchase conflict minerals from conflict-affected and high-risk areas. It follows the due diligence guidelines of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and regularly checks the source of materials to ensure that it does not use: gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), tin (Sn) and other metals are not mined through anarchic legions or illegal groups, high-risk conflict areas.
LongCloud and our suppliers take actions to comply with the (non-use of conflict minerals) policy, and we will do our best to control and investigate to ensure that mineral materials from conflict areas are not directly and indirectly used.

Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemical- REACH (EC) 1907/2006

REACH
The primary issue for REACH Regulation was entered into force in June 2007 was that the hazardous substances have been manufactured and marketed in Europe for years, but there are no authorized or sufficient official references on the hazards to refer from for human health protection and environmental necessity. This is rather important to ensure that all the businesses worldwide should be able to identify or assess risk or hazardous substances information, then, to implement, measures and to protect our health and environment.
REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals) –Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 is a EUC regulation on chemicals and their safe use. Enter into force on 01 June 2007, will be phased in until nowadays.
LongCloud REACH Compliance and Policy
LongCloud complies with REACH in improving to identification of the intrinsic elements of chemical substances. LongCloud does not apply any articles to any of the registered substances under REACH that we use in our manufacturing. As a manufacturer, our products must be in accordance with REACH’s definition of an Article, we do not supply substances, we only manufacture articles. We implement REACH regulation into all of our articles. We also commit to applicable REACH requirements to manage and to provide the certified documentary of its substances in product articles as the customer requires.
All LongCloud products, are designed and manufactured in Taiwan Head-Quarter and sold all over the world. We gather information from ECHA (European Chemicals Agency) which allows us to register in its central database to find hazardous chemicals. LongCloud uses materials and processes that ensure none of the ECHA SVHC’s (Substance of Very High Concern) in excess of 0.1% by weight. LongCloud will continue to inspect our suppliers to accordant with REACH, and to ensure that SVHS’s listed substance is banned in all our articles under the structure of REACH regulation.- LongCloud is in compliance with REACH.

To be environmentally responsible, LongCloud declares to comply with European Union regulation- RoHS Directive recast 2011/65/EU(Restriction of Hazardous Substances) by providing lead(Pb) free Green products to all of our clients, to accordant with our environmental policy of improvement. As a high-end fastener and mechanical part manufacturer, LongCloud is committed to supporting all of the products lead (Pb) – Free, RoHS-compliant products.
With regard, the EU RoHS recast (2011/65/EU) requires global manufacturers to be environmentally responsible in a better aspect. LongCloud is committed to maintaining product compliance and continues monitoring our materials to test as a result to comply with the RoHS Directive recast. We ensure our design and manufacturing are in accordance with the requirements, sets, and act as a part of an effort to provide lead-free quality products that protect our customers and suppliers and partners, and associates.
Lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), and polybrominated biphenyl ethers (PBDE).
LongCloud Lead-Free policy is compliant with RoHS that lead not exceed 0.1% by weight in homogeneous materials.
